What the fifteen actually means

So there is nothing to argue about later, here is exactly what counts towards the number:

  • They fit what you treat. Someone your clinic would actually take on — not a student filling in a form, not a competitor.
  • They booked a time. A confirmed slot in your calendar, not a phone number on a callback list.
  • They showed up. A no-show doesn't count. We chase it, rebook it, and it only counts once they sit down with you.
And if we don't reach fifteen? You don't pay for those ninety days. Whatever you have paid us comes back, and you keep every booking we did produce.
