Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of envinya.io and the services described on it, provided by Yad Abdulatif, trading as Envinya, Buchenweg 3, 68723 Schwetzingen, Germany.
What we provide
Envinya provides marketing and lead-response services to clinics: advertising campaigns, structured follow-up on enquiries, and appointment scheduling support. We are a marketing service provider. We do not provide medical services, medical advice, or any form of treatment, and nothing on this website should be read as a medical claim.
Booking a call
Booking a call through this site creates no obligation on either side beyond attending the call. Scheduling details, including any pricing discussed, are not binding until set out in a separate written agreement.
Text message programme terms

- Envinya Appointment Notifications
- Description
- We send confirmations and reminders for appointments you have booked with us, and replies to messages you send us. This is a transactional programme. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through it.
- How to opt in
- Tick the SMS consent box on our booking form at the point you schedule an appointment. The box is not pre-ticked, and ticking it is not a condition of booking. By ticking it you agree to receive automated text messages from Envinya at the number you provide.
- How to opt out
- Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- How to get help
- Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call +49 178 5100351.
- Message frequency
- Up to five messages per booked appointment.
- Costs
- Message and data rates may apply. Envinya does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and most regional carriers.
- Your data
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful content, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The content of this site is owned by Envinya unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing and your own capacity to respond. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular number of enquiries, appointments or patients.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Envinya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or its services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
