Envinya does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. What you receive: confirmations and reminders for appointments you have booked with us, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send promotional text messages.
How you opt in: by ticking the SMS consent box on our booking form. The box is never pre-ticked, and consent is not required in order to book an appointment.
How you opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that the opt-out has been processed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
Message frequency: up to five messages per booked appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
